Raegan randomly started doing this yesterday evening. Now I really want to get her a baby that comes with diapers! :)

Love!
Here's a few pictures that Luke took the other day. I couldn't decide which one to post, because I love them all. So here you are!

Hyllningsfest
I decided to take Raegan to Hyllningsfest instead of Pumpkin-PaZooLa this morning. I figured Hyllningsfest is only once every two years, and we have been to various zoos so many times already this year. And either way, we would have been rained on. :) We pretty much only stayed for the parade. I had wanted to stick around after the parade to see our nieces dance, but it was starting to pour, and it was getting close to lunch time and the lines for food vendors was long, so that was that. Raegan did enjoy the parade though!
She had a death grip on her box of Nerds!
Look at my candy, Mama!
I KNOW I can get this open somehow....
Happy Mommy and Raegan before we got rained on

Wichita Zoo Videos
Here are those videos I promised from our visit to the Wichita Zoo last weekend. The first two are of the baby chimp and the last two are of the elephant training.

Wichita Zoo
Last Saturday we took the kids to the Wichita Zoo. It's probably my favorite zoo in Kansas (and really, probably the only zoo I like more than Wichita's is Omaha's!) We got half priced admission thanks to our membership to Rolling Hills here in town, so that was pretty nice. It was beautiful weather for the zoo, and Raegan held up pretty well, even though she didn't get down for nap until we got home a little before 3:00.
They had fun entertaining themselves on the car ride down.
Baby chimp!
Luke and I both swear that this bird talked to us. And mooed. It was pretty awesome!
Giraffe looking for a handout
Strange child....
My best attempts at getting a picture of the kids together.
Yuckyuckyuckyuckyuck! Giant spider in the Asia exhibit. Ugh.
I have some really cool videos that I'm going to post once they all load. The baby chimp was being absolutely adorable, and I got some good footage of the keepers training a couple elephants. :)
Random pics
Raegan and I had a lot of fun together last weekend. Luke and Zane went camping Saturday night, so Raegan and I had some girl time. It was beautiful Saturday evening, so we had a picnic outside on the picnic table that Luke's mom found a couple weeks ago. Raegan was super excited to get to eat outside. I know that sometimes at Angela's they have snack outside, but it's not something we've ever done at home yet.
Sunday morning we skipped church so that we could go to the dog show and the pumpkin stand north of town. Raegan was so very happy to be at the dog show. She kept saying, "Puppy! Puppy!" and a couple people let her pet their dogs, which she loved.

But even moreso than the dog show, Raegan loved the pumpkin stand. I'm thinking that she's just going to be overjoyed when we go to the actual pumpkin patch in a couple weeks. While I picked out pumpkins, Raegan carted pie pumpkins and mini pumpkins into the wagons that were lined up by the bins of pumpkins. We were the only ones there, so she played to her heart's content. She did NOT want to leave!
Happy girl!

Burlap wreath
I have a billion posts to make, you guys. My computer crashed on me this weekend, after a long weekend of a lot of fun. I was super bummed that I couldn't share any of the fun on here. But a good chunk of cash, a new modem, and a newly restored Windows system later, here I am again!
It's getting kind of late, so just one post for tonight. Ever since I went to the Hillsboro Craft Fair last month, I've been wanting to be more crafty. It took me about a week, but I finally finished the burlap wreath I wanted to make. It's now proudly displayed in my classroom at school. I'll put the link for the tutorial after the pictures in case you want to make one! It was super easy. It really wouldn't have taken a week if I hadn't kept putting it off. I got really hung up on trying to make my flowers all symmetrical and perfect, which totally isn't necessary. Silly.

I needed twine that I had at school to hang it, but I think you get the general idea with it propped up on this bookshelf.
Up close of the pretty flowers.
Ignore the little glue string that I just saw. This one is my favorite flower - I love the button in the middle.
